After the 1st set I knew this was going to be much much harder than expected. Legs were so full of lactic acid I wasn't sure I could do air squats. 3 minute rest was not nearly enough and wasn't sure I was going to even be able to squat 1 rep at 285 on that 2nd set, but I was able to get through it. Hurt bad afterwards, quads were incredibly tight..walked funny for 10 minutes after. Was frustrated I couldn't get 25lbs, because I believed that was my previous PR. However after checking back that was my PR for 1 Mup...definitely improving in this area.
