20 Minute Recovery Run + 20 Minute mobility
Complete. Hit 3040m (1.9 miles) at 14:54. Completed about 2.65-2.7 miles total.
Rolled out for about 25 minutes, felt good. Did the run on a trail around a lake by my house, the trail is 1.9 miles long so was good to have some measurement of how the run was going.
