20 Minute Recovery Swim  Complete

Worked 25-100m freestyle without stopping then would take a short break and do another interval.  Everything was at an easy pace and felt good.  Starting to really get the breathing down but still need to work on kicking.  Feeling pretty fatigued and sore today, legs/back/shoulders especially sore but chest slightly tender too.  Looking forward to hitting a hard day tomorrow then an easier day sunday followed by a complete rest day monday.
